this month we've been to:
six basketball games (three were tournament games) with tiara who is the star of her team. we're very proud of her - she's averaging about 12 points and 10 steals per game.
shae's holiday ballet recital. she was precious in her red tutu and there was no stage fright in sight.
two birthday parties.

discovery green for a night of outdoor ice skating. the night we planned to go just happened to be rocki's 13th birthday so we took her and everyone had a great time. shae skated in the little kids rink for two hours nonstop. we went on a wednesday night and it wasn't very crowded so shae had the little (i mean... 10x10) rink all to herself. college station to show tiara and rocki the aTm campus and take the little girls to santa's wonderland (http://www.santas-wonderland.com/main.htm). shae and layla faith LOVED the 2.5 million lights. the kids took their picture with santa. shae was so proud of herself for not crying that she talked about it for two days.
we've been shopping and wrapping and chasing layla all over the place. she's walking everywhere now and she is BUSY BUSY. she has the first shoe off before i can get the second shoe on. she's curious and determined to get her hands on whatever it is she wants. no matter how tired she is she insists on one nap a day.. she's still a little billy goat, eating everything in her path - paper, styrofoam, fuzz, bugs - she doesn't discriminate! she's signing a lot more - shoes, cat, elephant, car, dog, fish, eat, want. she jabbers all the time and she actually says, "jabber jabber."
