paci fairy

tonight, shae left her two remaining pacifiers outside the front door for the paci fairy. she decided to trade them for candy.. which was a fantastic idea, in her mind, until she realized it meant going to bed without one - something she's never done before. so she cried for paci pink. funny because paci pink went in the trash several weeks ago. i told her no, there weren't anymore and she asked me, through tears, "could you go get it?"

she cried for 15 minutes and i think she's ok now. i haven't heard her in five minutes or so.

this is hard for me. it's beyond time to get rid of them.. but it's hard because i know how attached she is to those dang pacifiers.

bye bye paci red and paci blue. i guess she's officially going to be a big girl.
