wednesday, february 15, we attended our 2nd mandatory training class, psychotropic meds. we received a lot of info on a lot of drugs. lori exhibited the attention span of a flea!

we had dinner at pei wei and then headed to the woodlands.

we spent 3 days, february 16 - 18, attending pride (parent resource information development education) training at the united way building in the woodlands. topics included working as a team, discipline, sexual abuse, separation, loss, and grief, behavior management and dealing with change. we learned the difference between discipline (teaching) and punishment (inflicting pain). we learned the 5 stages of loss and the behaviors associated with each. we learned A LOT and met a great group of people.

THANKS to bubba for letting us stay at his place!! it was very convenient and we felt right at home.
